We strive to provide secure packaging and prompt shipment of your items, however we cannot anticipate delays or shipment issues that may arise as a result in your specific country or region. Vechter is a small bussiness operation and we rely on customers patience to make this possible, shipping times may vary deping on order volume.


SHIPPING INSIDE AUSTRALIA


Small orders, like parcels and boxes, will be shipped via AusPost standard or express parcel post. All orders inside Australia will come with tracking notifications to your phone number and email via AusPost services. 

Please note: Custom Builds, complete bikes and wheels may take 3-7 days to dispatch as they will need to be checked over, assembled and repacked for shipment.

Small items up to 1kg ship via Australia Post (EMS) to most countries at a flat rate. All international orders will come with tracking notifications to your email via AusPost services.

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes the wrong item might have been ordered or you simply have changed your mind. We offer a 14 day refund policy with shipping being provided at your expense.

If the item is faulty, damaged or parts are missing, please contact us and we can provide a replacement at our expense, if the item is out of stock, we would consider a full refund. If this is the case please contact us via our page form and we will get back to you as soon as possible to rectify this. 

  • Change-of-mind Policy
    ‘Change-of-mind’ includes purchases you have made in error eg. Accidently ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.   

    If you change your mind on your purchase from the Vechter Bikes online store you may return most products (see below) to us in the manner specified in this policy within 14 days of delivery to you, for a full refund. The product must be unused, if it is a bike frameset or component, it has to be unboxed and all packing material in place.

  • Damaged bike or frameset Policy
    All our bikes and framesets are thoroughly checked for any damage, scratches and dents before packing and boxing. We take photo's of the bikes and frameset to assure that we cannot be liable for damage caused by incorrect assembly. We will only accept a application for replacment in the event of damage caused in shipping or freight if the box is damaged.
  • We will not be liable for damage caused by assembly or unboxing of your bike or frameset. Please use a professional bike mechanic if you are not confident in not process.

    Please note the following conditions:  

    • Any product that is altered, damaged, washed or worn in any way, or is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition) cannot be accepted as a return. 
    • Proof of purchase and delivery from the Vechter Bikes webstore is required for all returns and must accompany the product being returned.
    • Vechter Bikes will not refund the shipping costs you paid for the initial purchase of the product.  Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. We will only refund the cost of the returned product, if it is deemed acceptable for return.
    • Specific warranty terms may apply to technical products.
